How do I calculate how much wallpaper I need to order?
Measure the total width and height of your wall at the widest points. We recommend adding an extra 2-4 inches (5-10cm) to both dimensions to allow for trimming and wall irregularities.
What is the difference between Peel & Stick and Traditional wallpaper?
Peel & Stick is a self-adhesive, fabric-like material that is removable and repositionable, making it ideal for renters. Traditional wallpaper requires a standard wallpaper paste for application and offers a classic, permanent finish.
Can I apply the wallpaper to textured walls?
For the best results, our murals should be applied to smooth, clean, and dry surfaces. We do not recommend application on heavily textured walls, as the adhesive may not bond correctly and the texture may show through the material.
How long does shipping take?
Every mural is printed to order. Processing typically takes 2-4 business days, and standard shipping usually arrives within 5-10 business days depending on your global location.
Do you offer custom sizes or designs?
Yes! We specialize in custom orders. If our standard sizes don't fit your project, please contact our support team with your specific dimensions or design ideas for a personalized quote.
What is your return policy?
Since our products are custom-printed to your specific dimensions, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. However, if your mural arrives damaged or with a printing defect, we will provide a replacement immediately at no extra cost.
